Featuring expansive training floors, boutique studios, hydrotherapy and spa suites, indoor and outdoor aquatic centers, a Kids Academy, Life Cafe, and a 30,000 square foot coworking space.
Our Lady of Grace - Edina, MN
Our Lady of Grace Catholic School expanded its campus with a 54,744 square foot Activity Center that provides a gym, performance stage, and flexible learning spaces for preschool through middle school. Designed and built using a fast tracked design-build delivery method. The project blends seamlessly with the existing Catholic Church architecture.
Residence Hall - St. Paul, MN
Formerly named Tommie North Residence Hall at the University of St. Thomas is a five-story, 210,000 square foot residence providing housing for 480 students, with modern living, learning, and dining amenities. Designed to foster community, the hall connects to campus landmarks through adjacencies and pedestrian tunnels, strengthening the first and second year student experience.
