Urban Tower
The human scale and connections to the history and design of the street should influence the design direction at the base of tall buildings instead of the regular singular sculpted urban object in the landscape. Buildings were constructed individually with the influence of adjacent building heights, transparency, program and overall design of the larger site. Some emphasis was made to share common principles on the site to have consistency and rigor.
